On January 1999, a British Oil consultant/contractor with the Ministry of Solid Minerals, Paul burner, made a numbered time (Fixed) Deposit for twelve calendar months, valued at US$15,600,000.00 (Fifteen Million six Hundred Dollars) in my branch.
