country to a "secure location" for counting purposes and will
eventually be returned to Iraq to help rebuild the country and the
Funds will remain secure until a stable government is established in
Iraq and will ultimately be returned to the Iraqis to assist in the
re-building of their nation.

As the commander of the 1st Battalion 63rd Armor Regiment, I kept one
container worth US$35.5 million for me and my assistance for
investment. We need you as our foreign partner to receive these funds
on our behalf. It is oil money and legal, We have made arrangement
with a Diplomat that will move the container out of Iraq as Family
Treasures to their offshore office in Europe and we can as well use
the Bank to Bank transfer method. It all depends on the option you
