My name is George Harvey, an American citizen working in Luxembourg.
I have worked at Banque Ivik S.A. for several years and would be
retiring in 

two years time.

Though I know that a transaction of this magnitude will make any
one apprehensive and worried, but I am assuring you that everything
has been well planed, 

and everything would workout fine at the end of the day. 

I decided to contact you due to the urgency of this transaction.

PROPOSITION; I discovered an abandoned sum of US$32,500,000.00
(Thirty Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars)
in an account that belongs 

to one of our foreign customers Late Mr. Ferdinand Marcos former
Filipino President (1965-1986) who died in 1989. Since his death,
none of his next-of-kin 

have come to make a claims for this money as his heir.

So oviously the funds in question was 

stoten by him when he was in power. 

Since I am due for retirement in two years time, I have descided
to help my self and the lass privilledged in philippines with
this money. I now seek your 

permission to have you stand as a next of kin to the deceased,
as all documentations will be carefully worked out by me for
the funds (US$32,500,000.00) to 

your bank account. It may interest you to know that we have
secured from the probate an order of mandamus to locate any
of the deceased beneficiaries. So 

anybody I present would be accpted without questions.

Please acknowledge receipt of this message in acceptance of
our mutual business endeavour by furnishing me with the
following information if you are 

interested. 

1. Your full name. In order for me to prepare the document
for the transfer of the funds in your name.

2. Direct Telephone and mobile numbers. For our
personalcontact and mutual trust in each other. 

Upon your acceptance I shall send you a copy of my identification
for verification. I shall be compensating you with Twelve Million,
Five Hundred Thousand 

Dollars (US$12,500,000.00) on final conclusion of this project
for your assistance, while the balance Twenty Million Dollars
(US$20,000,000.00) shall be for 

me and the multi-million dollars humanitarian projects I have
planned for the Philippines.
